Our mission
Lowering the barrier. Raising the standard.
Breaking into cybersecurity anywhere in the world is hard. In Nigeria, it's even harder where opportunities are scarce and structured pathways rarely exist.
We created this program to invest in our most critical security asset: people. Even the best processes and technologies fail without the right human expertise driving them.
Through this program, we aim to develop a production pipeline of top-notch cybersecurity talents while lowering the barrier of entry into the field. This program does not offer a path to employment with Digiss, but it certainly positions participants favorably in the tough global job market.
Real-world practice
Interns work as SOC Analysts and shadow Security Engineers on live client projects not simulations.
Global readiness
We prepare talent to compete for opportunities far beyond Nigerian borders as digital geography dissolves.
Career positioning
Graduates leave with credentials, real experience, and the confidence to compete in a tough global market.
Program structure

Our alumni speak openly about how this internship reshaped their careers, turning uncertainty into clarity and potential into readiness. These stories are more than testimonials. They are living proof of what happens when you combine the right structure, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
Watch their full video testimonials on LinkedIn or X and see the transformation for yourself.
I joined as an intern in the very first cohort and never left. The depth of mentorship and hands-on security engineering work here is genuinely rare especially for someone starting out in Nigeria.

At Digiss, there’s strong emphasis on highest standards, requiring intentionality in everything you do. From practical projects to theoretical learning and hands-on work experience, every part of the internship was thoughtfully planned and properly guided. It’s a level of structure and direction you rarely find elsewhere.

Digiss provided a structured learning experience. Nothing beats being taught in person by cybersecurity practitioners. That was my main expectation coming here, and I was not disappointed at all.

I came here for one purpose - gain hands-on experience. I have being developing on my own since 2020, but with Digiss, I now have real hands-on experience. Digiss is a top-class organization. Trust me, if you're breaking into cybersecurity, Digiss will get you there faster.

Before Digiss, Halimah’s learning was scattered, grasping at straws and unsure of the right path. Now, I know how to grow in this field. I came to Digiss seeking a bridge between academic knowledge and real-world practice, and those expectations were surpassed.‍

I didn’t know what to expect, but I kept an open mind. After seeing the program brochure, I knew something serious was happening here. From the intentionality to the drive to impart knowledge, I couldn’t have asked for more. This program opened my eyes to many areas of cybersecurity.
